Labor Day Weekend is here, and there are plenty of fun events going on in Houston.

Labor Day Weekend is here, which means fall is almost here, kids are getting ready to go back to school and many professionals in Houston are looking forward to having Monday off. 8 Seasons – "A stylish performance juxtaposing Vivaldi's famed Four Seasons with the Four Seasons by tango composer Astor Piazzolla," states the event website. "Maestro Antoine Plante leads the Mercury orchestra in this unique program, pairing flashy and virtuosic Baroque music with the suave sounds of tango." The show takes place on Saturday, August 31, at 8 p.m. at Miller Outdoor Theatre. 

Houston Astros. vs. Seattle Mariners – The Astros host the Mariners at Minute Maid Park this weekend. Games start at 7:05 p.m. on Friday, August 30, and Saturday, August 31, and 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, September 1. 

Robert Earl Keen – This talented alternative country music singer-songwriter is best known for his witty lyrics and emotional tunes. He'll be playing at The Grand 1894 Opera House on Saturday, August 31, at 8 p.m.
